Paul Rolf Jensen was first licensed and trained as a Realtor in the early 1980's, fresh out of college at the University of California, Berkeley. Starting at Richardson Realtors in Mission Viejo, he had his first sale in Nellie Gail when the streets there were brand new, and spec houses were just starting to come on the market. In the mid-90's, after becoming a lawyer in 1991, he received his broker's license. Throughout nearly four decades he has handled transactions of not only single-family residences, but apartment buildings as well. He has served as a real estate lawyer, advising clients in buyer-seller disputes and in drafting and litigating purchase agreements and disputes concerning disclosures. Jensen is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of real estate law as pertaining to residential real estate transactions, and, by example, in February 2020 recovered $150,000 for a buyer client as a result of the seller having made a misrepresentation on the Transfer Disclosure Statement. Jensen brings nearly 40 years experience negotiating countless deals for his clients, and is considered by many to be a "master negotiator".
